Cherrytown Kids has one of the largest selections of Robeez shoes in the East Bay. We also offer See Kai Run shoes and have a great selection as well.
Located in San Leandro and a quick drive from Berkeley, Alameda, Castro Valley, Oakland via Highway 580, we are open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Cherrytown Kids is a children's consignment store. That means that we will place selected item for sale in our store. Seven days after the item has sold, you can choose to be paid in store credit or cash. If you choose store credit, 50% of the sale price will be applied to your account for you to use towards any store purchase. If you choose to be paid in cash, you will receive 40% of the sale price.
Here are some suggestions to increase your satisfaction and consignment success:
- DO bring your name brand items. Our shoppers love to buy the following brands: Ralph Lauren, Hanna Andersson, Baby Lulu, Sean John, Janie & Jack, Gymboree, Gap, Jacquardi, Tommy Hilfiger, Abercrombie, Sweet Potatoes, Green Dog and other premium and European brands.
- DON’T bring clothes that look at all worn – there is a limit to how much loving a single item can sustain!
- DO bring in large sizes, we take up to size 8 and our shoppers are always looking for sizes 4 and up. While we do consign newborn clothes, due to less demand, we have to limit our inventory.
- DON’T bring in socks, underwear, bedding, maternity wear, bathtubs, cloth diapers or car seats.
- DO bring in those in-season shoes that your little one just refused to wear, or only wore a few times.
- DON’T bring in clothing that is stained, torn, or missing a button –- if it can be repaired, please do so before you bring it in to consign. Of course, as long as your clothing is only “gently used,” the better the brand, the more forgiving our shoppers tend to be!
- DO leave the tags on until you actually use an item. Children grow so quickly, they usually don’t wear everything in their closets -- and our shoppers snatch up items that are New with Tags!
Remember, the better your items look, the more money you’ll make!
