Cherrytown Garage Sale to Benefit George Mark Children’s House |
Take Home Some Great Bargains from the Cherrytown Garage Sale
On Saturday May 6th from 10am-4pm, Cherrytown Kids will participate in San Leandro’s Citywide Garage Sale. We may not have a garage but you can bet we have accumulated our share of "stuff" that needs to find new homes!
In addition to getting in some much needed Spring Cleaning, we are also going to be raising money to help support San Leandro’s own gem of a children’s charity, George Mark Children’s House.
Now, it is a "garage sale" so don’t come expecting to find the fabulous quality items that you are used to finding in the shop, and no, there won’t be any consigned items, just things we need to clear out. A few of the bargains that are sure to bring joy to the lucky purchasers are the tea set and pink play hutch that used to grace our play area. We know from experience that some of our little shoppers love those items and would happily take them home - so come early and get the good stuff!
The sales won’t go through the shop’s system so store credit won’t apply, this is strictly a fundraising effort with 100% of the proceeds from the sale going directly to George Mark House. So stop on by and buy!
